STATE TIMES NEWS
JAMMU: Vishwa Hindu Pari-shad (VHP) on Saturday urg-ed members of All-Party Dele-gation not to yield to unreasonable demands of groups representing the aspirations of Valley people. Addressing a press conference, State VHP Patron Dr. Ramakant Dubey appealed to All Party Delegation not to yield to any irrelevant demand which may prove disastrous for the coming generations as was done earlier to satiate the interests of only two or three stakeholders of that time. However, he hailed the decision of Government to also include representatives of Jammu region in the talks to consider their plight. Expressing concern on deteriorating situation of Valley, he said that transportation of essential commodities and working in the Government and private establishments has come to a standstill besides huge numbers of Kashmiri Pandit employees posted at various places in Valley have flocked in Jammu due to security concerns. He also expressed anguish over death and destruction on the behest of foreign enemy which is instigating populace to openly attack the security forces and army camps. He sought stringent action to contain the situation. Dr. Dubey also appealed the delegation headed by the Home Minister that unless some concessions in the shadow of Article 370 are diluted rather written off, the feeling of separation among the Kashmiri Muslims will never end and may go worst day by day.
