Various candidates file nominations

MARH : Amidst shouting of slogans and beating of drums, Suram Singh Chib filed his nomination from Marh Assembly Constituency, as a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) before the Returning Officer. Suram was accompanied by State Secy Jagjit Sing Jagga , Block President Vikram Singh , Rashpal Bittu , Dileram, Capt Kamal and Ashok Kumar.
Addressing the workers, Suram Singh assured that party would formulate a comprehensive plan for the growth and development of all regions and sub-regions of the State. He said that PDP was fighting Assembly elections to change destiny of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
BISHNAH: PDP leader and contesting candidate for Bishnah Assembly segment, F.C Bhagat filed his nomination papers before Returning Officer Bishnah.
Addressing people, Bhagat said that the time has come when people of Bishnah would give befitting reply against the present regime. He maintained that the ‘turbulent’ rule in the state is about to end. He added that people will vote for PDP this time as they are aware that no other political platform could address their aspirations. Bhagat said the large participation of people at his rally vindicates that the party is going to register a marvelous triumph during the polls.
NAGROTA: Thakur Shivdev Singh filed his nomination as Congress Party candidate from Nagrota Constituency on Monday.
RAJOURI- As many as 12 candidates filed their nominations for the Nowshera, Darhal, Kalakote and Rajouri Assembly Constituencies for which polling is schedule to be held on 20th December, 2014.
NOWSHERA: In 81-Nowshera Constituency Ravinder K. Raina of BJP filed his nomination papers.
DARHAL: In 82-Darhal Constituency, four candidates including Thakur Puran Singh (BJP), Mubaarak Singh (BJP), Mohd Rakiz (JKNPP) and Manir Hussain (Independent).
RAJOURI: In 83-Rajouri Constituency, six candidates have filed their nomination papers which include Mirza Abdul Rashid (NC), Raja Shabir Ahmed Khan( Indian National Congress), Mohd Farooq (Independent), Istkhar Ali Ahmed (Independent), Layqit Ali (independent) and Aftab Majid (Independent).
In 84-Kalakote Constituency, one candidate has filed his nomination papers which include Rachhpal Singh (National Conference).
KATHUA: As many as 22 candidates filed their nomination papers for the Kathua, Basholi, Billawar, Hiranagar and Bani Assembly Constituencies for which polling is scheduled ti be held on 20th December, 2014.
In 65- Kathua Constituency, four candidates filed their nomination papers which include Rajiv Jasrotia (BJP), Romesh Kumar (BJP), Subash Chander (PDP), and Neelam Sharma (PDP).
In 64-Basohli Constituency, seven candidates filed their nomination papers which include Jagdish Raj Spolia (Congress), Rajinder Kumar (Independent), Rangil Singh (PDP), Khadam Hussain Wani (BSP), Shams Deen (Independent), Davinder Singh (NC) and Brijeshwar Singh (Independent).
In 66- Billawar Constituency, three candidates filed their nomination papers which include Jatinder Singh of (PDP), Sanjeev Khajuria (NC) and Dr Nirmal Singh (BJP).
In 67- Hiranagar Constituency, four candidates filed their nomination papers which include Girdhari Lal Chalotra (Congress), Suraj Parkash (PDP), Puran Chand (BSP) and Raj Kumari (BSP).
In 63-Bani Constituency, four candidates filed their nomination papers which include Pishori Lal (Independent), Gulam Hyder Malik (NC), Ramzan Hussain (BSP) and Mohd Rafiq (Independent).
CHHAMB: Bhartiya Janta Party’s (BJP) contesting candidate from 80- Chhamb Assembly Constituency today filed nomination papers before the Returning Officer Chhamb.
The candidate was accompanied by BJP Shamsher Singh Manhas, Bansi Lal Bharti, Suraj Singh and others.
