JAMMU: Vaibhav Abrol of JK Public School Panjtirthi brought laurels to the school by winning gold medal in National open Kyorugi (Taekwondo) Championship held at Jaipur in Rajasthan, recently.
Vaibhav, contested in under-29 kg weight category and secured first position in Kyorugi fighting event. The child was appreciated and encouraged by the Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah. She motivated the child by saying, “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. The only thing that overcomes hard luck is hard work.”
