JAMMU: Young Vaibhav Abrol of AITA Club Jammu brought laurels to the State by winning gold medal in National Open Kyorugi (Taekwondo) Championship held at Jaipur in Rajasthan.
Vaibhav, a 6th class student of JK Public School Panjtirthi, contested in under-29 kg weight category and secured first position in Kyorugi fighting event. Vaibhav gives credit for his achievement to International Referee and Player Master, Atul Pangotra.
Vaibhav has already represented the State in the National School Games held at Pune Maharashtra.
