JAMMU: After the declaration of Summer Vacation for Subordinate Courts of Jammu Wing by the High Court, Principal District & Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjay Parihar nominated District & Sessions Judges as Vacation Sessions Judges to deal with the criminal matters.
According to the order issued by Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjay Parihar that YP Sharma Presiding Officer POCSO Jammu Will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 10, 2024 to June 13, 2024, Jatinder Singh Jamwal Special Judge will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 14, 2024 to June 17, 2024, Additional District & Sessions Judge Will be Vacation Judge from June 18, 2024 to June 21, 2024 and Chain Lal Bavoria Court will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 22, 2024 to June 24, 2024.
Meanwhile Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu Anjum Ara also appointed Duty Magistrate for the Vacations.
According to the order Meera Bangotra 3rd Additional Munsiff Jammu will be Duty Magistrate from June 10, 2024 to June 13, 2024, Rajeev Tadyal Special Mobile Magistrate (Railway) will be Duty Magistrate from June 14, 2024 to June 17, 2024, Pooja Gupta Sub-Judge Jammu will be duty Magistrate from June 18, 2024 to June 21, 2024 and Pooja Raina City Judge Jammu will be Duty Magistrate from June 22, 2024 to June 24, 2024.
