JAMMU: Welcoming the State Government proposal to Union Government for upgradation of Baleeni Nagrota-Katal Batal Road, Devsthan Baba Bhair Dev Trust on Monday appealed to the Chief Minister to intervene personally and direct the concerned authorities to extend and upgrade the construction of the proposed road up to world famous religious Devsthan Baba Bhair Dev. Interacting with media persons, Trust Chairman Balwant Singh, General Secretary Romesh Sharma and prominent social activist Subash Shastri demanded to increase the area of proposed plan for conservation of River Tawi to Devsthan Baba Bhair Dev Ji in view of religious and historical importance of this Devsthan.
They further demanded to bring Baba Bhair Devsthan on the national/international map by providing various facilities like sheds and Sulabh Shochalaya for the pilgrims visiting the Devsthan thorough out the year to seek the blessing of Kul Devta.
