UDHAMPUR: A meeting of workers of National Conference was held on Thursday under the chairmanship of NC District President Sunil Verma in Udhampur in which all workers hailed the decision to elect Dr. Farooq Abdullah as Party President.
Issuing a press note Sunil Verma said that it is right decision to elect Dr. Farooq Abdullah as Party President as being senior most and fire brand leader he has capacity to strengthen the party. He said party will groom in the hands of Dr. Abdullah and in present political scenario people of the State want change and NC is the only option which can give people friendly, fair and stable Govt. in the State.
Others present were Bharat Bushan Sharna Advocate, Moti Ram Sharma, Mohan Lal Sharma. KD Sharma, Surinder Sharma, Sharishta Devi, Manmohan Verma, Jaswant Singh, Jagdish Singh, Tirth Ram, Amir Chand, Gulzar Ahmed, Gulam Rasool, Ravi Singh, Umer Din, Vikrant Sharma, Vicky Tanoch, Veer Singh and Raj Kumar.
