SRINAGAR: Two Panchayat members from Halqa Kripalgarh, Matipora Block Singhpora, district Baramulla on Thursday joined the Apni Party at its office in Lal Chowk, Srinagar.
The new entrants included: Abdul Hameed Sheikh and Hilal Ahmad Sheikh.
The joining ceremony took place in presence of the Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, Party senior leader Mohammad Dilawar Mir, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, State Secretary and District President Budgam Muntazir Mohi-ud-Din, Provincial Vice President Jagmohan Raina, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, District President Kupwara Raja Manzoor, Mohammad Yaseen Choudisaaz, incharge Khanyar, Abdul Gani Soudagar, Advocate Javid Mir.
The new entrants stated that they have joined the Apni Party after analyzing its agenda and past performance of its leadership.
They also pledged to work tirelessly for mitigation of sufferings of the people in their respective areas besides strengthening the Party at grassroots level.
