SRINAGAR: Two houses were damaged in a fire incident in Chanpora here last evening.
Fire broke out at Takya Mohalla old Chanpora, Srinagar in which a residential house of Fayaz Ahmad Shah, son of Abdul Samad and a joint residential house belonging to Mehraj-u-Din Shah, Ghulam Mohi-u-Din Shah and Farooq Ahmad Shah, sons of Mohammad Ismail Shah were damaged. Fire was brought under control by fire tenders with the assistance of police and locals.
