JAMMU: Two days inter-school athletic meet for boys and girls u/17, u/14yrs concluded here at Mini Stadium Udhampur.
Santosh Kumari, ZPEO Udhampur was the Chief Guest in the concluding function.
On the concluding day in boys category about 232 boys drawn from 30 government as well as private institutions of zone Udhampur participated in the meet.
U/14 YRS Boys:- High jump: Ganesh Sharma (MS GARHI) Ist and Harron Hussian (CMS UDH) 2nd. Long jump: Aftab Aslam (HS CHAK) Ist, Ganesh Sharma (MS GARHI) 2nd and Arun Sharma (BVM) 3rd. 100 mtrs: Razaq Mohd (GMS Udh) 1st, Rahul Kumar (CHS Udh) 2nd and Anish Kumar (MS Padanoo) 3rd. 200 mtrs: Vishal Kumar (MS Kharorian) 1st, Sourav (Little Flower Covent) 2nd and Akhil (Badali Rakh) 3rd. 400 mtrs: Shubam (MS Garhi) 1st, Harron Hussian (CMS Udh) 2nd and Govrav Attri (Little Flower Convent) 3rd. Shot put: Altaf Aslam (HS CHAK) 1st, Avish Kapil (LF Convent) 2nd, Jatin (MS Garhi) 3rd.
Under-17: 100 mtrs: Sunil Kumar (APS) 1st, Rajinder Kumar (HS Malhar) 2nd and Rahul Kumar (HSS Garhi) 3rd. 200 mtrs: Shamsher Singh (APS) 1st, Bharat Bhushan (HSS Udh) 2nd and Karan Kumar (CHS Udh) 3rd. 400 mtrs: Saleem (LF Covent) 1st, Mohd Tariq (HSS Udh) 2nd and Ashish Dogra (BV Mandir) 3rd. 800 mtrs: Bharat Bhadur (HSS Udh) 1st, Farhan (HSS Garhi) 2nd and Mustaq Ali (IPM) 3rd.
