SUNDERBANI: Police on Wednesday foiled a bovine smuggling bid by rescuing two bovines and arresting a smuggler at Sunderbani.
According to a report, Rajouri Police led by SHO Police Station Kalakote Inspr. Mohd Iqbal on a specific information laid Naka at Sailsui Kalakote. During Naka, police seized a Tata mobile bearing registration No. JK11B- 0516 and rescued two bovines. Police seized a TATA mobile and arrested one smuggler namely Mohd Javid son of Mehmood Ahmed resident of Dhanidhar, Rajouri
A case vide FIR No.27/2016 under section 188 RPC, 3 PCA was registered at Police Station Kalakote.
