It is a fact that the elected government in Pakistan is toothless and ‘other state actors’ are not interested in any peace talks in the region. India should be cautious of Pakistan’s deadly designs. The Pampore ambush has confirmed the intent of terrorists to continue attacks on the security forces. The growth and development of J and K can be possible only in a peaceful environment. Efforts should be made to engage the youth of the state in useful projects to take it on the path of progress and prosperity.
