JAMMU: Police on Thursday arrested a trucker and recovered 5 kilograms poppy straw from his possession.
As per the details, Narwal Police during the Naka duty at Narwal Chowk intercepted a truck and on its search, police recovered 5Kgs Poppy Straw (Bhukki) from the possession of driver. A case was registered at Police Station Bahu Fort under relevant section of law. The whole operation was made by SI Waseem Mehraj In-charge Police Post Narwal with the guidance of Inspr. Bharat Sharma SHO Police Station Bahu Fort and under the supervision SDPO City East Chandan Kholi, and SP City South, Shazad Ahmed Salaria
