JAMMU: Trikuta Volleyball Club Jammu won the girls open volleyball tournament which was organised by Volleyball Association of District Udhampur at Indoor Complex, Ramnagar.
In the well contested final, Trikuta Club defeated Abhyaas Volleyball Academy Jakh in Samba 3-2. The winner Trikuta Club presented Rs 13,000 cash prize and glittering trophy. Krishma Charak bagged the best player trophy.
On return to the training facility of the Trikuta Club in Jammu, the team patted and encouraged by the Club president, Manpreet Kour in the presence of coach, Mulkh Raj Sharma.
Speaking to the team, Manpreet informed that Trikuta Volleyball Club girls have not lost any championship since 2016 thus brought laurels to district Jammu.
Among others present were Veena Kumari and Rajinder Singh.
