STATE TIMES NEWS
JAMMU: Reacting on the meetings of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with the Jammu and Kashmir Governor N.N Vohra with regard to formation of government, Sunil Dimple president Jammu West Assembly Movement said that there seems no stable formula with the PDP and BJP to satisfy the people of the state. Dimple said public wants a stable government which can govern the state for six years peacefully.
Dimple urged upon the Governor to call the single largest party to form the Government and prove its majority on the floor of the assembly so that the verdict of the people is honored. He further said that giving more time to these political parties will lead to horse trading and contra to the mandate of public.
In case parties fail to prove their majority on the floor of the house, Governor’s rule should be imposed and re-election conducted.
Dimple further said that with the present fractured mandate is very clear that Jammu people are Jammu centric and Kashmir people are Kashmir centric and under these circumstances it will be better to trifurcate the state on the basis of mandate to avoid any revolt and for the Justice to all the three regions of the Jammu Kashmir state.
