Parliament saw no business as the Opposition parties took up the suffering of the common man, post note ban. The public, however, seems to be with the government. The Opposition has alleged that there is shortage of money in banks. And then, there are reports of huge amounts of new notes seized across the country. It is clear that some banks have given this money to black money holders to oblige them. Without the help of the banks, they could not have gotten so much cash. The shortage is due to the dishonesty and treachery of these banks. The government should give quick and exemplary punishment to these banks and issue strict instructions to them that after receiving cash, they should declare the amount and time and put a notice. At the end of the day, they should again declare how many people have got the amount.
