Transport Plan for Assembly polls formulated

BARAMULLA: A meeting regarding the formulation of transport plan in view of the Assembly elections-2014 was held on Friday under the chairmanship of District Election Officer, Baramulla, Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone.
District Election Coordinator, Nodal officer for Assembly Election, ARTO and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
During the meeting, the ARTO was directed to ensure availability of vehicles for the smooth conduct of the elections. In view of the probable snowfall, the ARTO was directed to revise the transport plan which will be sent for the approval of Election Commission of India.
