REASI: Fisheries Department Reasi on Tuesday organised a training programme within the district at Fish Farm Anji, Reasi. The programme was organised under Central Sponsored Scheme ‘State Extension Programme for Extension Reforms ATMA Sub-Mission on Agriculture Intension (SAME)” 2015-16.
During the programme the farmers were given practical training by Bharat Bushan Asstt. Director Fisheries Reasi on various aspects of modern fish culture viz; growth pond management including application of organic and inorganic fertiliser, stocking density of fishes, artificial feeding, disease control and periodic netting for better results. Farmers were also made aware about the other schemes of department.
