Dear Editor,
Despite of hundreds of officials in Malaria Department people in and around Jammu city are suffering from fever due to spread of mosquitoes and there is every apprehension of spreads of dengue, a fatal epidemic. None of the official is performing his duty sincerely as is evident from the fact that most of us have not seen any body fogging as was earlier noticed though officials of department are getting well swelled salaries everymonth. If it is the fault of senior officers it is right time to shift them to remote areas so that they could repent for dereliction of their duties.
This is a very serious matter concerning health of people and must be attended to on priority basis failing which epidemics may spread and take huge toll of life in long run and thus requires nipping evil in the bud.
