NOWSHERA: President District Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (DGPC) Rajouri Bhopinder Singh Tiger along with other committee members and educationists visited number of Gurdwaras including Chhatti Patshahi Nowshera and Gurdwara Yaadgar Sant Baba Sunder Singh Nonial and urged the youth that they should strictly follow the advice of Sikh Gurus and keep themselves away from drugs and other evils of the society.
He said that Sikhs have a very rich history of their good conduct, pious lifestyle, a patriot and a saviour as such they should not fall victim to social evils like drug abuse, etc. They should keep drug like evils at an arm’s length and hate them. He said that the children besides their academic education, should also spare time for religious knowledge and learn martial art for their better health and self defence.
He was accompanied by Dr Inderpal Singh, Lecturer Harmohinder Singh and others.
