JAMMU: The government on Thursday transferred three IPS and two JKPS officers.
According the order issued by Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary, Home Department, Altaf Ahmad Khan, IPS, DIG South Kashmir Range, has been transferred and posted as DIG IR Kashmir, vice Abdul Qayoom, IPS, DIG IR Kashmir, who has been transferred and posted as DIG Crime, J&K.
Javid Iqbal Matoo, IPS, DIG Crime, J&K, has been transferred and posted as DIG South Kashmir Range; Ch. Iftkhar Ahmed, JKPS, Addl. SP Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as Dy.CO IR-24 Bn; Shafat Mohammad Kajar, JKPS, awaiting adjustment upon promotion as SP, has been posted as Addl. SP Pulwama.
