JAMMU: The State Government on Thursday transferred three Indian Administrative Services (IAS) Officers.
Rakesh Kumar Gupta, IAS:86, Principal Secretary, Forest, Environment and Ecology Department has been transferred and posted as Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi; Lokesh Dutt Jha, IAS:86, Principal Resident Commissioner, , New Delhi as Chairman, J&K Bureau of Public Enterprises and Mohd. Afzal Bhat, IAS:2000, under orders of transfer as Commissioner, J&K Bureau of Public Enterprises has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Forest, Environment and Ecology Department.
