JAMMU: The government on Monday promoted three Directors of Jammu & Kashmir Economics & Statistics (Gazetted) Service as Director General (E&S).
“Sanction is accorded to the elevation/promotion of the three Directors of the Jammu & Kashmir Economics & Statistics (Gazetted) Service as Director Generals in the Super Time Scale of Rs. 37,400-67,000 with Grade pay of Rs. 10,000 now revised to Level-14 (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200), with effect from February 17, 2022,” reads an order issued by Dr. Raghav Langer, Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department.
As per order, the Directors who have been promoted as Director Generals include Dr. Harjeet Singh Arora, Agriculture Production Department, Civil Secretariat; Parvaiz Sajad Kakroo, Development Expenditure Division-II, Finance Department, Civil Secretariat; and Ather Hussain Qadri, Statistical Training School, Srinagar with additional charge of Regional Director (E&S), Kashmir.
