RAJOURI: As a part of special drive against burglars, Rajouri Police busted a burglary racket by arresting three burglars and recovering stolen property on their disclosure.
As per the details, acting on specific information, SHO Police Station Rajouri Inspr. Chaman Gorkha and In-Charge Police Post City SI Mohd Fareed under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqrs. Rajouri Hamid Choudhary on the directions of SSP Rajouri Mohd Suleman Choudhary, conducted raids at different location in Rajouri Town and arrested three burglars namely Mohd Gafoor alias Gafora son of Mohd Maqbool resident of Kheora, Mohd Altaf alias Taffi son of Ghulam Qadir resident of Malik Market Rajouri and Mohd Rafiq alias Rafiqa son of Alif Din resident of Nowshera.
On their disclosure, police recovered huge quantity of stolen property which include two Alto cars bearing registration Nos. JK11-3048, JK02N-7869 in case FIR Nos.738/2016, 718/2016 under section 379 RPC; two motorcycle bearing registration Nos. JK11A-9299, JK11-3972 in case FIR Nos. 748/2016, 155/2016 under section 379 RPC and four mobiles in case FIRNo.755/2016 under section 379 RPC at Police Station Rajouri. Besides this, two Alto Cars bearing registration Nos. JK02AC-6711, JK08-3100 and two motorcycles bearing Chassis Nos. Ch.No 52844, Ch. No.83832 have been seized under section 550 CrPC.
