RAJOURI: Thannamandi Club outplayed Eleven Star Rajouri by seven runs in the ongoing Rajouri Cricket League being organised by a local club of the district at Sports Stadium, here.
Batting first, Thannamandi Club made 153 runs in 18 overs with Mazar Shawl contributed maximum 54 runs. Sajid Javid contributed 35 runs. For Eleven Star Rajouri, Sushant grabbed five wickets.
In reply, Eleven Star Rajouri failed to chase the target and managed to score 146 for the loss of nine wickets in 18 overs to lose the game by seven runs.
Additional SP, Layaqat Choudhary was the Special Guest on the occasion who appreciated the role of organisers.
Others present were Yousaf Lone DYSSO Rajouri, Muzamil Hussain, Sajjad Majid and Mohd Bashir.
