NEW DELHI: A 2009 batch IAS officer of Chhattisgarh Cadre, Tamboli Ayyaj Fakirbhai was on Tuesday appointed as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat.
“The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal for appointment of Tamboli Ayyaj Fakirbhai, IAS (CG:2009), presently working as Director, Cabinet Secretariat, as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, for an overall tenure of 5 years upto March 20, 2029, or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice M.S. Srikar, IAS (KN:1999),” read an order issued by Sakshi Mittal, Director, Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Department of Personnel and Training.
