Dear Editor,
No parliamentarian can or should be given the privileged right of being such unruly not only with public servants but even with a commoner. Speaker of the Lok Sabha must take ultimate step by snatching away his membership of Parliament without lingering on the serious matter, instead of going through the formality of referring it to some parliamentary panel, which will take its own time to decide.
