JAMMU: Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, JK Montessorie Senior Secondary School took initiative and conducted the cleanliness drive.
After the morning assembly, students of different classes presented a drama on topic “Cleanliness is where, God is there”.
Inter-house debate competition between Unity and Peace House was also held on topic “Ek Kadam Swachhita Ki Aur” which was won by the students of Class 3rd and Unity House won the prize.
The students of Pre-Primary wing also participated in the programme.
Co-curricular In charge, Navjyot Kour made aware the residents of the locality about the benefits of keeping surroundings clean with the help of banners and cards.
Director Academics, Rajni Gupta and Vice Principal, Geeta Dixit were also present on the occasion.
Rajni Gupta appreciated the efforts of the students, staff and encouraged them to continue this zeal in future also.
