JAMMU: Shri Vishwakarma Library and Research Centre (SVLRC) on Monday felicitated artists and social workers for their extraordinary performance in various fields. The programme was held under the chairmanship of Dr Sat Paul, former Special Secretary.
Those who were honoured on the occasion included J.R Sagar (renowned actor), Hans Raj Hans (renowned poet), Maheshhwer Vishwakarma (social activist), Mangal Dass Verma (social activist), Deeksha Verma (IAS aspirant) and Kamal Verma (writer).
Vice President of the Sabha, Sashi Verma and Principal Ram Lal congratulated the awardees and hoped that they will continue to contribute in their respective fields.
Convener Ramesh Angotra presented the vote of thanks.
