SRINAGAR: Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs Abdul Rahim Rather on Thursday laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly, the first Annual Report of the State Vigilance Commission for the year 2013, as provided in Section 13 of the Jammu and Kashmir State Vigilance Commission Act, 2011.
