Support PDP to end misrule: Manyal

JAMMU: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate from Raipur Domana, Chaman Manyal on Saturday asked the people to vote for his party to end misrule and corruption in the State.
Addressing public meeting at village Burn of Raipur Domana, Manyal said people of the constituency have been suffering due to wrong policies of the government as there is no proper education, healthcare facility and areas suffered from power and water crisis.
Manyal said both sitting MLA of Raipur Domana and the State government have ignored the constituency’s problems related to power, water and roads. The people of the area have alleged that they suffered huge losses in the recent floods but the State government did not provide them with much compensation.
Manyal also hits out at BJP saying that their leaders are bent upon seeking votes in the name of Modi. He said voting PDP is the empowerment of common man as the party is committed to overall development of the State and equitable distribution of funds to all three regions, creating employment avenues, boosting tourism, industry and trade, he added.
Others who were present in the meeting include Senior PDP leader Lal Chand, Pabhakar Singh, A.K Jamwal, Shamsheer and Putto Khan.
