Samba, Kathua Districts dominate opening day

SAMBA: Districts Samba and Kathua won respective matches on the opening day of Inter-District under-19 Super Seven Cricket Tournament for boys held at Sports Stadium, here on Friday. The tournament is being held under the supervision of District Youth Service and Sports Officer Samba Sunil Kumar and was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Sheetal Nanda, Deputy Commissioner Samba.
In the opening match, Samba District outplayed Ramban District by 37 runs while Kathua District outplayed District Jammu by five wickets in first match and defeated District Reasi by six wickets in the second match.
