JAMMU: Splendid 84 runs performance from Sunil Bali on Wednesday guided Media-XI to a fine six-wicket win against National Youth Conference (NYC) in a friendly tie at Phalian Mandal in Tawi Island area of the city, here.
Earlier, NYC, after winning the toss, made 156 runs for the loss of six wickets. Jatinder of NYC scored highest 53 while Rahil contributed 37 runs. Sachin Sharma of Media-XI clinched two wickets and Mukesh took one.
In reply, Imran led Media-XI chased the target of 157 runs losing four wickets. Arun of NYC claimed two wickets from NYC. Bali was also adjudged as Man of the Match.
Babloo and Varinder Singh were the Umpires in today’s match while Raj Kumar was Scorer.
