JAMMU: Suman Gupta one of the senior and prominent artist of the State has been invited by the Rann Utsav and Marvel Art Gallery to participate in the National Art Camp being organised by Marvel Gallery in collaboration with Rann Utsav 2016. The camp shall commence from 20th December and culminate on 24th December at great White Rann of Kutch in which some of most senior artists from different part of India shall be participating.
Marvel Art Gallery is the first professional art gallery in Ahmadabad, Gujarat, which nurtures and promotes select promising artists and provides them with a platform and exposure that helps them create their own mark. The gallery also extensively works with renowned artists and brings to the world a modern take on classic art and is instrumental in connecting their art philosophy with the contemporary society.
Suman Gupta have been exhibiting, curating and judging many shows and exhibitions of high stature in the past. Gupta’s work has been regularly shown by some of the important art galleries in USA, UAE and Finland besides some of the galleries he has been working with in different cities of India, recipient of the prestigious National award for his work titled ‘Blue River and the God of Fish’ by National Academy of Arts, Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi his collection has gone with some of the best art collectors and celebrities in India and other part of the world.
