UDHAMPUR: A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Devendra Sharma Sub Divisional Magistrate, Chenani on Friday in the Community Hall Sudhmahadev to review the arrangements for the smooth conduct of three days Sudhmahadev Mela which is commencing from 1st June 2015 at Sudhmahadev.
The meeting reviewed the plan for making provision of drinking water, power supply, medicare, sanitation, security, transport, accommodation, repair of road, checking of rates of essentials and parking of vehicles etc.
The Sub Divisional Magistrate stressed upon the officers concerned to make coordinated and concerted efforts in ensuring their arrangements well in advance to make the mela a grand success.
Meeting was attended by Tehsildar Chenani (Mela Officer) Om Parkash Bhagat, Assistant Mela Officers Mohd.Saleem and Mohd Rafeeq, heads and staff of various departments, Secretary Dharmarth Trust, members of local Mela committee and prominent persons from Sudhmahadev and Chenani.
