Strict Rule
Dear Editor,
Through your esteemed daily, attention is drawn of the concerned authorities towards the genuine problems of the people. A retired person after completing his length of service, tries to plan for construction of his house/shop for his livelihood by collecting money either from GP Fund or taking loan.
It is to be informed that if person gives his shop/part of the house on rent to the licencee for time stipulated period on good faith, after stipulated period the licencee does not vacate the shop or part of house.
The licencee then goes to Court for appeal. Court gives decision for eviction of the accommodation in favour of land owner, inspite of this the licencee does not obey the Court order. I recommend that in that case the Court should take strict action for the eviction, with help of police, otherwise licencee will kill time by giving appeal in other Court.
