JAMMU: In a much controversial IV Class selection list of Education Dept, which was cancelled by the order of Secretary J and K School Education Dept, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat of J and K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Sr. Advocate BS Salathia with Advocate Rahul Pant appearing for the petitioners, issued notice to the respondents returnable within two weeks and ordered that in the meanwhile status of the petitioner shall be protected and impugned order qua the petitioners shall be stayed.
In the petition filed by the 24 aggrieved selected candidates seeking quashing of Govt. order No. 766-EDU OF 2014 dated 30-10-2014 passed by the Commissioner/Secretary School Education whereby the selection list of Class IV Posts of district cadre Jammu issued under No. CEOJ/28900-03 dated 09-10-2014 has been cancelled.
