Dear Editor,
Is there even a minimum accountability of the experts who have driven India into the gutters? Who was it that advised India to enthusiastically acknowledge Tibet as being a part of China? India got more abuses in return. Records must be made public and transparent, and such experts should be presented before the people as examples of how not to run a country.
