R S PURA : To provide relief to the victims of flash floods, the staff and students of Government Middle School (GMS) Kotli Bhagwan Singh contributed Rs 3,100 and handed over to District Red Cross Society.
While addressing a gathering of students and their parents, the headmaster said that the staff and students of the school have made their efforts to help the victims. The school is known for such social activities because in the past also it had helped the victims of such natural calamities, he added.
Prominent among others who spoke include Retd Education Officer Rajender Singh, Retd Headmaster O.P Gupta and Sarpanch Balwinder Singh.
