JAMMU: The Leh Government on Saturday relieved PD Nitya, IPS (AGMUT:2016), Senior Superintendent of Police, District Leh to Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
“In pursuance to MHA order issued on January 17, 2024, PD Nitya, IPS (AGMUT:2016), Sr. Superintendent of Police, District Leh, under orders of transfer to UT of J&K, is relieved from the Union Territory of Ladakh, with the direction to report to Home Department, UT of J&K for further posting,” reads an order issued by Dr Pawan Kotwal, Advisor of LG and Administrative Secretary, Home Department, Leh.
“Consequently, Shruti Arora, IPS (AGMUT:2018), Additional Superintendent of Police, Leh has been posted as Superintendent of Police, District Leh,” it added.
