Spring Dales bags 33 positions in Class VIII board exam

KATHUA: Thirty three students of Spring Dales English School Kathua secured positions in the eight class board examination of 2017-18 declared on Tuesday by DIET Basholi. This time, the school beat its own record of 24 positions which the school achieved in eight class board examination of 2015-16.
Out of 52 students that appeared in the examination, 35 students have achieved A1 grade(90 per cent and above), 14 students have achieved A grade(80 per cent and above) and rest of three students have achieved B1 Grade(70 per cent and above). Vyom, Bhavneet, Saksham,Vivek, Madhav and Supria achieved 98 per cent securing 4th position. Arman, Nix, Sunakshi, Niharika and Sonam achieved 97.5 per cent securing 5th position. Yuvraj and Amitoj achieved 97 per cent securing 6th position. Sarvash achieved 96.5 per cent securing 7th position. Varun, Sayam, Aditya and Mansi achieved 96 per cent securing 8th position. The lowest percentage achieved by the student of the school is 70.5 per cent which reflects the amount of effort and hard work put in by students, their teachers and parents. The students celebrated this moment by cutting cake along with their parents, teachers and school management.
