RAMBAN: On the direction of District Administration Ramban, Youth Services and Sports Department in collaboration with Education Department Ramban is going to organise a sports meet under Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) at Government Higher Secondary School Ramban, Gool, Banihal and Rajghar.
The programme is being organised with an aim to sensitise the people mainly the eligible voters about the importance of their right to vote.
The competition in different discipline of sports will be organised form 5th to 8th October. At Ramban, Kabaddi matches of boys shall be held on 5th October and kho-kho matches of girls on 6th October.
At Gool, kabaddi matches of boys will be organised on 5th October and volleyball on 7th and 8th October.
Similarly, volleyball boys matches will be organised at Banihal on 7th and 8th October while Kabaddi matches at Rajghar shall be held on 5th October.
