AKHNOOR: Akhnoor Police on Sunday registered FIR against Spa Centre Owner and owner of property for violations of District Magistrate Order in Akhnoor.
Akhnoor Police, while acting firmly against violators of District Magistrate (DM) orders, have registered an FIR at Police Station Akhnoor against a spa centre operating under the name “Colour Relaxing Spa Centre” within the jurisdiction of Police Station Akhnoor.
The said establishment was found operating without mandatory police verification of its workers/employees, in clear violation of the notifications and orders issued by the District Magistrate, Jammu. As per DM orders, it is mandatory for all residents, property owners, and owners of commercial establishments to furnish complete details of tenants, employees, and workers to the concerned police station for verification.
Accordingly, FIR No. 11/2026 under Section 223 BNS has been registered at Police Station Akhnoor against Jasmeet Singh S/o Jarnail Singh, In/charge/Owner of the Spa Centre, R/O H.No. 1123, Sector-6, Nanak Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The involvement of Tikshan Langer S/o Sh. Parveen Langer, owner of the property where the spa centre was operating, R/o Ward No. 12, Akhnoor, Tehsil Akhnoor, District Jammu, for permitting the operation of the spa centre without ensuring compliance with mandatory police verification norms and the lawful orders of the District Magistrate, Jammu, is also under examination. His role and responsibility are being examined in detail. The entire action was carried out under the leadership of SHO Police Station Akhnoor.
Non compliance with the orders of the District Magistrate and mandatory police verification norms will not be tolerated.
