SRINAGAR: South Kashmir Sports Festival 2016 is going to be inaugurated at Boys Degree College Anantnag on 14th December 2016 at 2:30 PM.
The festival will be conducted in two phases and the teams of each district will compete between themselves at respective District Headquarters from 15th to 17th of December 2016 in first phase, a handout issued by the Police Department said.
The second phase, it added, will be conducted at Degree College Ground Anantnag where the winners of first phase will compete among themselves.
