KATRA: Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, started off with its Campus Placement Programme-2021 for the students of passing out batch in 2021. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak the entire campus placement process has been shifted from the physical to virtual mode.
Infosys conducted Campus-2021 hiring for SMVDU students, consisting of online tests, online technical and HR interviews. After a rigorous campus selection process, Infosys declared 15 (12 B. Tech. & 03 M. Tech.) students selected for the job of System Engineer.
B. K. Bhatia, Placement Officer, informed that some of the other companies tagged for placement of SMVDU students are Wipro, Cognizant, TCS, TA Digital, and ICICI Prudential.
