VIJAYPUR: A series of election meetings in Jakh Chandla, Salmeri, Gupwal, Pekhri and Nathwal in Vijaypur Constituency on Tuesday was addressing by Surjeet Singh Slathia, MLA Vijaypur and Sr. Vice President, National Conference, J and K. He assured the people that the government is committed to provide basic amenities to the people of the area.
While speaking on the occasion Slathia said that the Omar Abdullah led government has ensured equitable development of all the regions of the State adding that the main attention has been given by the government for up-gradation of the basic facilities and infrastructural development of various priorities like quality education, water and power supply, better medical health care facilities for the benefit of the people of remote and far flung areas.
Slathia further said that NC will continue to lead J and K towards development and initiatives to ensure that the youths of the area continue to reach new frontiers in the field of self employment. He further said that Omar Abdullah is a young and dynamic leader and he took decisions and initiatives to cater to the needs of our youths and facilitated their inspiring journey in their academic and professional persists.
Jatinder Singh, Master Tirath Ram, Rachpal Chand, Ramesh Lal Sharma, Master Lal Chand, Mohinder Kumar, Varinder Singh, Naar Singh, Panchs and Sarpanchs were also present on the occasion.
