Dear Editor,
The unveiling of multiple measures for workers to better their conditions, and for employers to improve ease of doing business and running enterprises while expanding government support for training workers, is a positive development. The aim of imparting skills to people, thus making them employable and self-reliant, and cutting red-tape by making processes simpler for businesses to thrive, is laudable.
