JAMMU: Additional Director General of Police Security, Dilbag Singh granted In-situ promotion to the 69 security personnel.
The Departmental Promotion Committee constituted by Dilbag Singh, Additional Director General of Police Security met under the chairmanship of Jagjit Kumar, IGP Security J&K and cleared In-situ promotions to 69 security personnel from various sub units of Security Wing which includes five head constables, 61 Selection Grade Constables and three constables.
While issuing the promotion order, Singh congratulated all the promoted officials and exhorted upon them to work with same zest and zeal for the betterment of society in general and Police Department in particular. All the promoted officials expressed their gratitude to the Additional Director General of Police for issuance of their promotion order in time. The DPC comprised of Jagjit Kumar, Security, R.K Chalotra, SSP (SO to ADGP Security), M. Fiesel Qureshi SP Tech SHQ, Laeeq Ahmad, CPO SHQ, Mukhtar Ahmad, AAO SHQ and Ifitkhar Ahmad, Inspector (M) I/C Estt SHQ.
