Siddhanth Academy outplays UCC Udhampur in T20

JAMMU: With the help of Raghav Sharma’s brilliant knock 76 runs Siddhanth Cricket Academy outplayed UCC Udhampur by 33 runs in the ongoing under-14 boys T20 Cricket Tournament, played at IIIM CSIR Ground, here on Saturday.
Elected to bat first after winning the toss, Siddhanth Cricket Academy scored a challengeable total of 176 runs in 20 overs. Raghav Sharma scored 76 runs while Munish Singal added 45 (not out) to the total. For UCC, Ankit, Uday and Bansal shared one wicket each.
In reply, UCC could not face the bowling attack of opponent and made 143 runs with the loss of nine wickets in in 20 overs thus lost the match by 33 run. Sidhant and Rishav were the main scorers with 44 and 21 runs respectively. For Siddhanth Cricket Academy, Aryan clinched three wickets and Pratush took two.
Today’s match was officiated by Akash Manhas and Aditya.
The tournament is being held under the supervision of Academy’s Chief Coach Sukomal Ganguly. Col RN Chopra Cricket Academy to meet UCC Udhampur in the first semifinal on Sunday.
