NOWSHERA: The common people have resented non-acceptance of ten rupee coin by the shopkeepers on the grounds best known to them.
President Beopar Mandal Dharamvir Gupta, Samaj Sudhar Committee Pfresident Gopal Sharma and Kamal Gupta said that there should be no hesitation in accepting the coin of Rs 10 but it has become a routine with everybody not to accept the coin.
Even the Manager of Jammu and Kashmir Bank said that there should be reason to refuse the coin when the bank itself is accepting it.
People have appealed to the Administration to issue suitable notice to the public not to refuse accepting the ten rupee coin failing which an FIR should be registered in police station against such person.
